Shipping & Return
Thank you for choosing KTexturedbloomstudio! We want your artwork to reach you safely and on time. Here’s what you need to know:
1.Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 15 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom artworks may take longer depending on the design. We’ll let you know the expected shipping date once your piece is ready.
2.Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Domestic delivery usually takes 10–15 business days.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Packaging
- Every artwork is carefully packed using bubble wrap, corner protection, corrugated sheets, and sturdy boxes.
- Framed or larger pieces may receive special packaging for extra safety.
Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us right away with an unboxing video and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or refund.
- If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
